The racial injustice in our country, systemic inequities and the recent debilitating pandemic have shaken us up and impacted how we live and work today. 

Calleri Jensen Davis recognizes attention must be paid. We are a partnership composed of creatives with our eyes wide open to the fact that historically, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color actors are not cast in roles at the same rate of white actors.  

Calleri Jensen Davis has had the honor of casting for those projects which tell stories from underrepresented perspectives and continues to pursue opportunities where actors who do not identify as white can be cast in roles so that other Black and Brown people can see themselves represented on stage and screen. 

Although systemic racism has always existed in arts and entertainment, recent tragic events have made it impossible and morally reprehensible for our industry to continue to ignore the covert and overt racist systems and inequity of diversity in our industry. 

Our commitment to antiracism means Calleri Jensen Davis will continue to work in conjunction with other organizations and artists to dismantle inherent discrimination in casting. 

Our commitment to anti-racism and diversity is by no means the solution but we commit to live and work mindfully and with attention to this critical and important time we live in.
